Tomb Raider Underworld
My very first project with Eidos Montreal.
I started as a rank and file tester on this one working on the Wii version, and quickly progressed into a lead role running the team testing the DLC for Underworld across the various consoles.
Oversaw testing of all console and PC DLC builds with all of their requisite peripherals
Managed first party submissions
Managed bug tracking databases
Maintained quality of incoming issue reports
Managed testing and regression cycles
Built, maintained, and administered test plans
Reported daily to management on bug trends, the days testing, major issues, etc
Held regular team meetings
Performed regular personnel performance reviews
Coached testers and assistant leads to grow their skills and knowledge
