Tomb Raider Underworld

My very first project with Eidos Montreal.

I started as a rank and file tester on this one working on the Wii version, and quickly progressed into a lead role running the team testing the DLC for Underworld across the various consoles.

  • Oversaw testing of all console and PC DLC builds with all of their requisite peripherals

  • Managed first party submissions

  • Managed bug tracking databases

  • Maintained quality of incoming issue reports

  • Managed testing and regression cycles

  • Built, maintained, and administered test plans

  • Reported daily to management on bug trends, the days testing, major issues, etc

  • Held regular team meetings

  • Performed regular personnel performance reviews

  • Coached testers and assistant leads to grow their skills and knowledge
